The Galaxy S8 might be the talk of the town at the moment, but updates are still flowing to devices like the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. Verizon’s S7 line-up is receiving new software today that introduces support for Big Red’s One Talk service and the latest version of the Amazon Shopping app.The updates should be small and will arrive as software versions G930VVRU4BQC5 and G935VVRU4BQC5.
What is One Talk? It’s a “multi-line telephone solution that can help employees who work in an office, are on the go and remote, or a combination of both,” according to Verizon. In other words, it gives you a single number that will ring at your office or mobile. It also features video calling, special “Auto Receptionist” tools for auto-directing calls to proper lines, and requires you to have special Verizon desk phones in order to work. Yeah, this is not a solution for you and I, but really is for offices. It also needs a special app on your phone.
