This year’s Valentine’s Day happens to fall on a Tuesday, meaning T-Mobile is treating it as if it’s the biggest T-Mobile Tuesday holiday to ever happen. And with the announcement that the company is bringing back free pizza, maybe it is. In a press release sent this morning, T-Mobile announced that starting February 14, customers should be on the lookout for a free pizza from Papa John’s inside their T-Mobile Tuesday app, not Domino’s.
If you don’t recall, the last time T-Mobile offered free pizza, Domino’s literally backed out of the deal because they couldn’t handle the increase in volume. To improve the experience for everyone involved, Papa John’s included, things will be done differently. This time, customers will be provided a single code (more if you have multiple lines) over the course of four weeks. The week you receive your code will be random, so you will need to make sure you check the T-Mobile Tuesday app each week to see if it’s your turn for free pizza. Once you have your code, you have a week to redeem it online via the Papa John’s website.
Doing it this way ensures everyone gets their free pizza and Papa John’s doesn’t have to close its doors due to running out of toppings or dough.
When you see the free pizza in your app, just claim it that Tuesday, and then you’ll have a whole week to order online and redeem your free single-topping large or pan pizza for carry out from Papa John’s. Don’t forget to check the app each week, because, if you miss your free pizza, it won’t come again!
