In a press event in New Delhi, Honor, the sub-brand of Huawei, announced the launch of Honor 6X. Honor 6X was launched in China in October 2016, and the highlight of the company’s latest mid-range smartphone is the dual camera setup at the back.
The Honor 6X was launched in China in three memory configurations, but in India, it will come in two variants – a lower spec’d version with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage and a higher spec’d version with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. While the device comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, the company has shared that a beta of EMUI 5.0 with Android 7.0 Nougat is available already with a public roll-out in Q2 2017.
